What forms of payment do you accept?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). This is one of the most secure online payment sites available. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card. You will be redirected to the PayPal site where you can enter your credit card details and choose the "continue without signing in" option. Your credit card details are NOT shown to us, and are handled via PayPal's secure servers.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Shipping

We ship From Canada to Canada, the USA, Europe, and many other locations around the world.

We try to make sure that international orders will not be charged customs fees, but customers are responsible for any that may arise.

We combine shipping on multiple item sales, and the shipping fees are not inflated. We charge what the postage and packaging materials costs. If customers pay $2 or more than what these costs were, we will refund the difference via Paypal, or you can have it as store credit for a future purchase, your choice.

We ship my items out securely packaged and in a timely fashion. It almost always takes 3 days or less to ship your item. Usually, international orders only take 7 - 10 days to arrive unless they are held up in customs, and Canadian orders usually arrive within a week. If you don't receive your item within a few weeks, or it arrives damaged, please contact us so we can remedy the situation.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want our buyers to be happy no matter what, so you can return your item within 2 weeks of receiving it for a refund minus shipping costs. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
